This new Arts and Crafts house designed by Witcher Crawford Architects replaces a dilapidated bungalow. The new five-bedroom house is being constructed in a traditional manor, with rendered blockwork walls. Solid beam and block floors have been installed on the ground and upper floors. Bespoke timber sash windows and doors have been fitted, made from Accoya, a highly durable engineered timber.

This property benefits from mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) and has a whole house electrical control system operating the lighting, security and wet underfloor heating on all floors.
