This new Arts and Crafts house, designed by Witcher Crawford Architects replaced a run-down property, which previously occupied the site. The new house was constructed using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) finished externally with handmade bricks and tiles, render and stonework. Striking bronze windows and doors completed the look.
This property is heated by an air source heat pump, it benefits from mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) and has a whole house electrical control system operating the heating, lighting and security.
BUILD also constructed new double garage, large greenhouse and oversaw extensive hard and soft landscaping.
